Governing document for all authorized technical usage of B-Identity infrastructure resources, digital assets, and identity standards.
These Terms of Authorized Technical Usage and Identity Standards (hereinafter "Terms") govern all access to, use of, and interaction with the B-Identity Global Infrastructure & Media Asset Repository (hereinafter "Repository"), operated under the authority domain betano-protection.online. The Repository constitutes the sole canonical technical reference for identity standards, digital asset governance, and infrastructure documentation within the B-Identity ecosystem.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Authorized User" means any individual or organization that accesses the Repository in accordance with these Terms and any applicable authorization documentation; "Repository Resources" means all documentation, technical specifications, asset registries, verification guides, and associated materials published within the Repository; "Registered Assets" means all intellectual property items catalogued within the Asset Registry, including but not limited to visual identity kits, UI component libraries, and trademarked media assets; "Infrastructure Node" means any server, domain, or digital endpoint listed in the Infrastructure Node Registry as an authorized component of the B-Identity ecosystem.
Access to and use of Repository Resources is authorized solely for the following purposes: technical documentation and reference; verification of authorized digital environments in accordance with the Verification Guide; authorized distribution of Registered Assets where such distribution is explicitly permitted by the applicable rights classification in the Asset Registry; and technical coordination with designated infrastructure nodes for matters within the scope of those nodes' defined responsibilities.
Any use of Repository Resources that falls outside the scope defined above requires prior written authorization from the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network. Requests for extended authorization must be submitted to the appropriate technical node as specified in the Technical Nodes Directory. Authorization requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network.
All Registered Assets, Repository documentation, technical specifications, and associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network. All rights are reserved except where explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable rights classification within the Asset Registry.
Authorized Users acknowledge that access to Repository Resources does not confer any ownership rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights beyond those explicitly granted by these Terms or by a separate written authorization document. The B-Identity name, logotype, icon mark, and associated visual identity elements are registered trademarks. Any use of these marks outside the scope of authorized distribution as defined in the Asset Registry is strictly prohibited.
Derivative works based on Registered Assets are prohibited without explicit written authorization. This prohibition applies regardless of the degree of modification or the intended purpose of the derivative work. For the avoidance of doubt, the creation of visual assets, documentation, or digital environments that mimic, replicate, or are substantially similar to Registered Assets constitutes a violation of these Terms.
The B-Identity Global Infrastructure network maintains a defined set of authorized digital environments, the complete specification of which is documented in the Technical Specifications and the Infrastructure Node Registry. Authorized Users who identify digital environments that appear to replicate or misrepresent authorized B-Identity infrastructure are encouraged to document their findings using the procedures outlined in the Verification Guide and to report such findings to the Technical Infrastructure Node.
The integrity of the B-Identity infrastructure is maintained through a combination of technical controls, including SSL certificate management, DNS authority record governance, and server node authentication. These controls are documented in the Technical Specifications and constitute the authoritative reference for infrastructure verification. Any discrepancy between the documented specifications and the observed characteristics of a digital environment should be treated as an indicator of an unauthorized environment until the discrepancy is formally resolved.
Access to the Repository is provided on an as-is basis. The B-Identity Global Infrastructure network makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of Repository Resources. Repository Resources are updated on a periodic basis, and Authorized Users are responsible for ensuring they reference the current version of any documentation or specification.
Automated access to the Repository, including but not limited to web crawlers, data scraping tools, and automated documentation retrieval systems, is subject to the rate limiting specifications documented in the Technical Specifications. Automated access that exceeds the documented rate limits or that is determined to interfere with Repository operations may be restricted without prior notice.
Registered Assets classified as "Authorized for Distribution" in the Asset Registry may be distributed by Authorized Users subject to the following conditions: the asset must be distributed in its original, unmodified form; the distribution must include appropriate attribution to the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network; the distribution must not be accompanied by any representation that the distributing party holds ownership or exclusive rights to the asset; and the distribution must be consistent with the purpose for which authorization was granted.
Registered Assets classified as "Restricted" in the Asset Registry may not be distributed without explicit written authorization from the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network. Requests for authorization to distribute restricted assets must be submitted to the Media Asset Coordination Node with a detailed description of the intended distribution purpose, scope, and audience.
All technical documentation published within the Repository, including the Technical Specifications, Verification Guide, and Asset Registry, constitutes the authoritative reference for the B-Identity ecosystem. Authorized Users who identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in Repository documentation are encouraged to report such findings to the Technical Infrastructure Node. The B-Identity Global Infrastructure network will review reported discrepancies and update documentation as appropriate.
Technical documentation within the Repository may be referenced in external publications, technical reports, and organizational documentation, provided that such references accurately represent the content of the documentation and include appropriate attribution to the Repository and the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network.
The B-Identity Global Infrastructure network reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be reflected in the version number and revision date displayed at the top of this document. Continued access to the Repository following the publication of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Authorized Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to ensure awareness of any modifications.
In the event of a material modification to these Terms that affects existing authorization grants, the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network will endeavor to provide advance notice through the Repository. However, the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network makes no guarantee of advance notice for non-material modifications.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized standards for intellectual property governance and digital infrastructure management. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Repository Resources shall be addressed through the designated technical coordination nodes as specified in the Technical Nodes Directory. The B-Identity Global Infrastructure network reserves all rights not expressly granted by these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the B-Identity Global Infrastructure network to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce such provision in the future.
